Refund Policy – Gurugyaan.in

Eligibility for Refund –

Students will be eligible for a refund only for courses that meet the following conditions:

• If the course access has not started or the course materials have not been downloaded.
• If the course has technical issues or the content is not delivered as promised.
• The refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Conditions –

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• If the student has viewed 20% or more of the course content.
• If the course has been downloaded or shared.
• If the refund request is made after the 3-day period.
• If the course was purchased under a discount, offer, or special package.

Refund Process –

• Students must submit their refund request through the Gurugyaan Support Team.
• After review, if found eligible, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days using the same payment method.
• In cases where a course is removed or technical issues arise, Gurugyaan may provide the refund as credit balance or wallet amount instead.

Partial Refunds –

If only a portion of a course is affected under specific conditions, Gurugyaan may issue a partial refund.

No Cash Refunds –

All refunds will be made only through digital payment methods. Gurugyaan will not provide any cash refunds under any circumstances..

Discretion of Gurugyaan –

• Gurugyaan reserves the right to reject any refund request if it is found to be unreasonable or fraudulent.
• All refund decisions made by Gurugyaan will be final and binding.
