1. General Policy

We aim to provide a quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Refund

You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if:

• Course content is not accessible due to technical issues
• The course description was misleading
• The teacher did not conduct promised live classes (for courses that include them)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds if:

• You completed or downloaded most of the course
• You missed the live class by your own fault
• You didn't like the teaching style
• The refund request is made after 48 hours

4. Refund Process

Email refund requests to [email protected] with your order ID.

We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days via Razorpay or UPI.

5. Course Removal or Cancellation

If a course is removed or canceled by the platform or teacher, eligible students will be automatically refunded.
